Pan-Fried Gnocchi and Brussels Sprouts Recipe

Cook Italian sausage until browned and cooked through. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

Cook brussels sprouts cut side down in an even layer. Season and let cook without stirring for 3-5 minutes, until brussels sprouts are browned.

Add gnocchi to the pan in an even layer, cover and cook until golden brown on the bottoms, add butter and stir to coat.

Cook, stirring frequently, until the butter is golden in color and foaming, 1-2 minutes. Add sausage and sprouts back to pan until warmed through.

Transfer to serving bowls and top with shredded Parmesan and parsley. Serve and enjoy!
