Watermelon Agua Fresca

A refreshing drink that’s easy to make and only needs three ingredients! The perfect drink for a hot summer day.

Non-alcoholic, dairy free, gluten free, refined-sugar free, vegan.



  • 2 cups watermelon, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • Juice from 1 lime (adjust to taste)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender (aff link) and pulse until completely combined (10-20 seconds).
  2. Strain, if desired. Serve immediately, or keep in the fridge until ready to serve. Garnish with a slice of lime (or watermelon, if you’re feeling extra). Enjoy!


Party time! If you’re making enough for a group, just double (or triple, quadruple, etc.) the recipe and pour into a large pitcher until ready to serve. Give it a quick stir before pouring into glasses for serving, as separation may have occurred.
