- 1 Autumn Glory Apple, cored and sliced
- 1 cup frozen dark sweet cherries
- 1/2 cup apple juice, cherry juice or water
- 1/2 banana, frozen
- 1/4 cup oats or gluten free oats (optional)
- 2–3 ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
You don’t have to include the banana or oatmeal, this just gives it some extra bulk and texture. Should you leave them out, you can simply pour into a glass and drink!
