Since we got Penny, my thoughts are more or less completely puppy-focused. I wonder what she needs, what she might want, what could help her to be a well-trained dog. I’ve kind of stopped thinking about my own needs and just think about hers. On a smaller scale, I guess it’s like having a baby – but with less vomit up and crying (with Penny, at least!).
So while I was laying on the floor with a puppy asleep on my chest, I decided BarkBox would be worth the investment. I’m subscribed to Birchbox and I love sampling new products every month, so why wouldn’t Penny like to do the same thing?
My first BarkBox will be arriving at the end of this month, so I’ll make sure to let you all know what we think. In the meantime, I’m able to offer my friends $5 off their first subscription! If you sign up through my invitation link, I get a free month on my own subscription. But what is even better is that I can opt to donate my free BarkBox to a shelter pup in need. That would warm my heart, so why not sign up for your own furry friend and give me the opportunity to help another dog who isn’t as lucky as ours?
