2-Ingredient Pineapple Popsicles

Any day can feel like a tropical vacation with these ridiculously easy, creamy, two-ingredient pineapple popsicles!


  • 1 whole pineapple, cut into chunks and frozen
  • 114 ounce can coconut milk (unsweetened or sweetened)


  1. Place frozen pineapple and coconut milk in food processor (or blender (aff link), if yours is powerful enough) until smooth and thick.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until solid. Enjoy!



Coconut milk: You can use unsweetened or sweetened depending on your personal preference (and how sweet you find your pineapple to be).

Note: Depending on the size of your molds, you might have leftover pineapple mixture. If that’s the case, stick it in the fridge and make a second batch!
