Happy Friday the 13th (mwahaha)! Today is a big day over here at Stress Baking, and it doesn’t involve any bad luck. I have not one, but two bits of good news to share.
- I wrote a new recipe for SoFabFood: Cranberry Bliss Truffles. I promise they’re as blissful as their name – go check them out (along with other contributors’ awesome recipes) over on SoFabFood!
- If you follow me on Instagram or Facebook, you’ve already seen my announcement about this one: I’ve been published! In print! For real! [squeal]
Over the summer, I interviewed with Esperanza Magazine for Anxiety and Depression for their Fall issue about baking for stress relief and it just came out this week! The article is titled “Bake me a cake” and I spoke about why I do what I do (and how some people think I’m a crazy person because of it) – plus, it features two of my favorite recipes!
A big thank you to Jocelyn for the wonderful chat, and to Esperanza for the opportunity – I hope I can collaborate with them again soon!
All self promotion aside, Esperanza really is a wonderful publication about managing anxiety and depression and I highly recommend supporting them and becoming a subscriber. You can purchase the fall issue (in print or digital format) here.
