1 clove garlic, diced (or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1) Preheat over to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.2) Spread squash on the foil, then add the onion as evenly as possible. If you need to, create a pocket with the foil around the mix and shake it around a bit and then unfold back onto the baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
4) In a large bowl, use a potato masher to mash squash mixture.
5) Add garlic, Parmesan, cinnamon, and cumin. Stir to combine, and then use an immersion blender to create a creamier texture and break up the lumps. Serve with an entree and enjoy!
