Lobster has more or less been the only food in my life that I never get sick of. Ever. There are so many different ways to prepare it, that I can always justify eating it.

Dinner is approaching – I’m starving. What to do? Oh, I don’t know – Linguine & Lobster, Lobster Mac ‘n Cheese, Lobster Pot Pie, or my personal favorite: straight up boiled lobster slapped on a plate with some butter and a side of corn.
